We serve North Central Arkansas, including Mountain Home, Harrison, Cotter, the Twin Lakes, the White River, and communities across Baxter, Boone, Marion, Fulton, Izard, Stone, Searcy, and Newton counties. Mountain Home and nearby Baxter County receive our fastest availability; outlying communities are coordinated on route days.
How does pricing work?
Handyman labor is $140 per hour with a two-hour minimum. We book two-hour, four-hour, and eight-hour service blocks after reviewing your list. Work expected to exceed eight hours receives a written quote. Materials and any other approved costs are separate.
Do you charge for travel or estimates?
Any estimate charge or route-dependent travel term is explained before you book. We do not hide location-specific costs or add them after the visit has been scheduled.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. At Your Service is licensed and insured and backed by Hutch Homes. If a project requires a properly licensed specialist, we vet the professional for the work, schedule that work on your behalf, and remain your primary point of contact.
How quickly will someone respond?
Requests received before 4 PM on a business day receive a human response that day. Later requests receive a response by noon the next business day.
How will I know when you are arriving?
Every scheduled visit includes written confirmation, an on-the-way update, and communication if plans meaningfully change.
What should I expect inside my home?
Professional care from arrival through cleanup. We communicate before the visit, use protective shoe covers when appropriate, protect nearby surfaces, keep the work area orderly, and review the completed work with you before we leave.
Do you offer aging-in-place handyman services?
Yes. We help homeowners and families plan practical improvements such as grab bars, handrails, better lighting, safer thresholds, easier-to-use hardware, and recurring maintenance support. The goal is a safer home that still feels familiar—not clinical.
Can I get on a regular maintenance schedule?
Yes. Start with a service visit so we can understand the property and how you prefer to work. After that experience, we can recommend Select, Plus, Premier, or an invitation-only Concierge Reserve plan without pressure.
